A channel means a narrow deep waterway connecting two larger bodies of water; the deepest part of the waterway Channel may also refer to:
- Canal, a manmade water channel
- English channel, the part of the Atlantic Ocean that separates Great Britain from northern France
- Channel, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada
- Channel (Chinese medicine), also known as "Meridian", common name of vessel and collaterals
