The photo was taken by User:Spangineer (Nathaniel Sheetz), and uploaded to the English Wikipedia. The first two versions here were uploaded there as

(The file sizes are slighly different because the versions here were losslessly compressed with jpegtran -optimize before upload. Also note the 18 Jan version was actually cropped at 282 pixels from the top, not 280. It was changed to 280 here for technical reasons.)
