Does this (distance?) learning centre still publish books? does it issue any of the certificates listed in the above Category? If it does not do so, I would very much like to move it to a more appropriate Category as the Category:Professional certification is full of Cruft at the moment and in dire need of cleaning up. The Delmar Learning division produces a lot of professional training materials. IIRC, they are not a standards body that would create a professional certification but provide prepatory materials for those who wish to take the exams to gain said certification. eg. they provide training on HIPAA compliance but are not an issuer of HIPAA certification. Again, from memory, they do similar teach-to-the-test material within the RCA product set (construction industry, such as plumbing and electrical) for New York state certifications.
