Center Township is one of fifteen townships in Greene County, Indiana, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 3,109.

Center Township covers an area of 48.23 square miles (124.92 square kilometers); of this, 0.01 square miles (0.01 square kilometers) or 0.01 percent is water. The streams of Anderson Branch, Bridge Creek and Little Clifty Branch run through this township.
