The CAS number listed agrees with a structure with undefined E/Z stereo. Check the stereo for the ring. I believe the IUPAC name is (6R,7R)-3-[(acetyloxy)methyl]-8-oxo-7-{[(pyridin-4-ylsulfanyl)acetyl]amino}-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid —Preceding unsigned comment added by ChemSpiderMan (talk • contribs) 03:10, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
