The image Image:CBMII poster.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Slgrandson 14:48, 26 February 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this film.
2. The image is of lower resolution than the original poster (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the film in any way.
4. For an article about a film, the promotional artwork is arguably one of the most important images that could be included. This is the artwork, intended by Columbia Pictures for wide distribution. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available.
5. Its inclusion in the article is important because it suggests something of the film's style.
6. This image has been used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The poster is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original film in any way.
