[edit] The Word "Commune"

I think 'municipality' (municipalities) would be much more appropriate than communes when describing the subdivisions of a province, but I don't know how to change a template which appears at the bottom of numerous pages. Juveboy 21:52, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
