Does anyone know if Carlos is in fact the first Mexican born driver to drive in ANY NASCAR major division? and if not who is? -Drdisque 19:33, 25 April 2006 (UTC)

I was introduced to him in the garage (FitzBradshaw) at Lowe's Motor Speedway on October 12th, 2006 and that was how he was billed.
