Carlos Alberto de Oliveira Secretário (born May 12, 1970 in Aveiro) is a former Portuguese football player. He played mostly for FC Porto but spent one and a half seasons in Real Madrid, and played as a right-back.

Secretário had 35 caps for Portugal, and played at the 1996 and 2000 UEFA European Championships.
