This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is a low resolution copy of a promotional card;
It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the episode in any way;
The image works for identification of the episode for the following reasons:
1. It shows Sideshow Bob trying to kill Bart, which is the basic plot of the episode.
2. It shows Sideshow Bob and Bart on a boat, which is unique for this episode and a memorable moment.
3. It shows "Die, Bart, Die" tattooed on Sideshow Bob's chest, which was part of a memorable joke in this episode.
