The external links section needs some pruning. I've removed two dead links. The links in this article really ought to be primarily about cancer support groups (how to run them, for example) instead of to cancer support groups (sign up here if you have cancer). So far (in a very quick check), the only one that has any information like that is the mentalhelp.net link. Does anyone else have any opinions?
