Campagnatico is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Grosseto in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 100 km south of Florence and about 20 km northeast of Grosseto. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,488 and an area of 162.6 km².[1]

Campagnatico borders the following municipalities: Arcidosso, Cinigiano, Civitella Paganico, Grosseto, Roccalbegna, Roccastrada, Scansano.
