Camano Island State Park

Camano Island State Park (pronounced /kəˈmeɪnoʊ/) is a state park in Washington located fourteen miles (21 km) southwest of Stanwood on Camano Island in the Puget Sound. Created in 1949, the park covers 134 acres (0.54 km²) and has 6,700 feet (2,000 m) of shoreline. The initial development of the park by volunteers from Camano Island was completed within the span of a day.
