California's 3rd State Assembly District is one of 80 districts in the California State Assembly. It is currently represented by Republican Rick Keene of Chico.

The district covers the counties of Lassen, Nevada, Plumas, Sierra, and Yuba and all of Butte County except Biggs and Durham, which are in the 2nd district. Cities in the district include Chico, Colfax, Grass Valley, Gridley, Loyalton, Marysville, Nevada City, Oroville, Paradise, Portola, Quincy, Susanville, Truckee, and Wheatland.
