Cable 14 is a community channel licenced to Hamilton, Ontario, and is available to cable television subscribers using Cogeco, Mountain Cable, and Source Cable services. The cable TV station is also available to customers in Hamilton, and the communities of Dunnville, Caledonia, and Cayuga in Haldimand County. The channel is controlled by its parent company TV Hamilton Limited, which is jointly owned by Cogeco, Mountain Cable. and Source Cable. Cogeco owns majority interest in the company at 66.7%. The Board of Directors is made up of representatives of all three cable companies.

The station airs programming of interest and benefit to the community. Programming includes Kiwanis TV Bingo which is the longest consistently running community television program in Canada. Each year this program raises funds for local charities. In the 2005 - 2006 season, over $250,000 was raised through Kiwanis TV Bingo and going right back into the community. Cable 14 also airs several community access shows giving a voice to the citizens of Hamilton. These programs include Hamilton Hotline which is an interactive interview program with the Mayor and city councillors. Police Watch provides an opportunity for police chief Brian Mullan to speak with the community and take calls and questions. The Opinionators is a discussion/debate program that features local pundits taking phonecalls about the big local issues of the day.
Weekdays at 5pm, Cable 14 airs their daily magazine show Urban Cut, hosted by Mel Paraboo. This program features short videos that tell the stories of the Hamilton community and the people who live there.
At election time Cable 14 provides all-candidate debates for each of the local ridings, as well as full election night coverage with a focus on the local races.
A number of local personalities have hosted shows on the channel including: Karen Bertelsen, Doug Farraway, Jason Farr, and Mike Nabuurs.
Cable 14's funding is received from the three cable television companies that serve Hamilton: Cogeco, Mountain Cable, and Source Cable.
