Burton is a small village and civil parish in Chester District, Cheshire, England. The parish is sufficiently small that it contains only the very small village, Burton Hall, and a small amount of farmland surrounding these. Although classified as a civil parish, it has neither a parish council nor a parish meeting, and, consequently, the duties that would normally be performed by these bodies are the responsibility of Chester City Council.
