Are facts in Fallen Astronaut true? I strongly suspect that http://www.collectspace.com/resources/flown_a15_articlescarried.html is a hoax. NASA ref's only cite a stamp controversy. Unfortunately, I can't find "Articles Carried on Manned Space Flights" but there is a citation of it here: http://www.hq.nasa.gov/pao/History/SP-4214/ch13-4.html
