1. The image has been modified from the original image in good faith as it serves as an easily identifiable part of a larger entity.
2. The copy of the image is low-resolution and will not produce high-quality copies. The quality is high enough to clearly present the image and to place the subject represented by the image in a good light.
3. The Image illustrates a group that is no longer active and one of its members, Tim Cooper has passed away. Therefore a substitute image cannot be easily provided.
4. The use of the image will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to gain commercially from the work.
5. It illustrates educational article about the subject represented by the image.
6. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of topic in the article.
