Brina M. Palencia (Born February 13, 1984 in Oklahoma) is an American of Honduran parents voice actress who primarily works on the properties of Funimation. Brina is a graduate of the University of North Texas. Her most well known voice role is that of Eve, a character from Black Cat. In addition to this, she has had roles on Fullmetal Alchemist, Negima!, Trinity Blood and BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad. She has recently been cast as Tony Tony Chopper in the Funimation version of One Piece.

Palencia's voice range results in her being cast in a variety of roles. Apart from normal female voices, she is skilled in playing younger females and younger males as well. She recently began her ADR directing debut in School Rumble
