Brian Morrisroe (born 17 April 1972 in Dublin) is a former Irish footballer.

A midfielder he made his League of Ireland debut for St Patrick's Athletic at Dundalk on the 26th of September 1993. Scored 3 goals in 61 appearances before moving to Shamrock Rovers in June 1997.

Made 2 appearances in Europe for Rovers before moving to Dundalk in 2000. Had a subsequent spell at Athlone Town.
