Bremo, also known as Bremo Plantation or Bremo Historic District, included Lower Bremo and Bremo Recess, and is a plantation near Bremo Bluff, Virginia. The building at Upper Bremo may have been designed by Thomas Jefferson, as it follows his design style closely.

It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1971.[1][3]

The plantation fronts on the James River.[4]
