Please do not recreate Fields of Glory online. The page has now been deleted three four times because it is a completely non notable game. You can check our WP:NOTE guideline to see some of the basic requirements for article subjects. Fram (talk) 12:29, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Conflict of interest explanation

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with,
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors,
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
    and you must always:
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Business' FAQ. For more details about what constitutes a conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest. Thank you. --McGeddon (talk) 12:55, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

Could you confirm whether you are the Boris Reznik listed as a designer for Fields of Glory? If you are, you are in breach of Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines listed above, and should not be writing an article about your own game. --McGeddon (talk) 13:57, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

Boris, I have moved your work in progress on Fields of Glory to your userspace, here: User:Boris.avatar/Fields of Glory online, since Fields of Glory online can still be subject to speedy deletion. Marasmusine (talk) 14:14, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

Please don't recreate this page again after the block has expired, as that will probably lead to an indefinite block. Wikipedia is not the site to make promotion for your own game, there are countless specialized websites for this kind of thing. We are an encyclopedia, we report on things that get discussed in newspapers, mainstream magazines, science journals, ... Fram (talk) 14:28, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
