Eddie Lee "Boo" Williams (born June 22, 1979 in Tallahassee, Florida) is a professional American football player in the Arena Football League.

Williams attended Lincoln High School in Tallahassee. Originally a top national recruit for Florida State, Williams had his scholarship offer dropped after alleged sexual assault in high school. He then played college football at Coffeyville Community College in Kansas, where he was a two-time junior college All-American, and then at the University of Arkansas. He played tight end for the New Orleans Saints from 2001-04, catching a total of 107 passes. His best season was 2003, when he caught 41 passes for 436 yards and five touchdowns.

After missing the 2005 season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, Williams signed with the New York Giants for the 2006 season, but was released.
