[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Bomberman Story DS.jpg

Image:Bomberman Story DS.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 03:10, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] This page...

I really think this page needs to be updated. This game is a bit of a mystery anyway, seeing as it just appeared on EU release lists out of nowhere, but the page nearly doesn't have any information at all about the game. As far as I know the game has been announced for Austrailia too. Some sources say the game isn't out until 2008 (GAME & GameFAQs) but the official microsite & the Nintendo of Europe site say today [23rd November 2007]

I don't know if it's hit any shops in UK yet, if I see it anywhere I guess I'll just post it back here.

EDIT: I've edited in some of the things I spoke about, namely the Australian release date, and some of Rising Star's pages on the game. I also put the game in the "List of Bomberman games" Template. Bear in mind I've never edited a Wikipedia page before, so this is probably as far as I'll go. I still think the page needs more updating though.

EDIT2: I've added a rather tacky Story & Multiplayer section. Feel free to update them to be more accurate or to follow Wikipedia's guidelines more closely.

EDIT3: It IS out in Europe and Austrailia now, I think it's just quite rare and obscure. This page really needs to be more updated. I can't understand why it's so unpopular, Bomberman Tournament was excellent.

[edit] Gradual updates

The previous discussion was me too, but I was working from a shared IP (which was in trouble nonetheless, probably for the actions of a few individuals.)

Anyway, I've decided I'm going to concentrate on this article until it's more full. Any help from other users would be greatly appreciated, I'm still new to this.

Since my last update, I've gotten and played the game thoroughly, so I've changed some of the content in the "Multiplayer" section of the article. Rising Star's website was wrong/mistaken about a few things, so I've tried to clear that up as much as possible. I've also added a character section, so far it only has Cheerful White/Shirobon and Professor Ein, but I plan to add more. I will also continue to update the page appropriately as I learnt to use more of Wikipedia's features. SuperLink9 (talk) 10:01, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
