Bob Gittens was a very popular talented radio announcer at Radio Trinidad for many years. He hosted programs like Carib golden hits that dealt with yesteryear music and also he hosted the preview of new calypsoes for the upcoming carnival season. He was consiidered the most popular Radio Trinidad announcer in terms of ratings. Also he had a heavy pleasant distinct voice. Today he lives a quiet life.
