Fair use as book cover in article on the subject of the book (Blue book exam) on English Wikipedia

Since the subject of the article is a type of book, an image of the cover of an example of such a book is the only practicable illustration.
The resolution is minimum necessary to read the significant text on the cover.
There is no detriment to the copyright holder since the value of the book is in its physical form (blank pages used for examinations) and the image was taken from a sales website.
