BlueStone Television also known as Bluestone License Holdings Inc., is a Wichita, Kansas-based owner of television broadcast stations in the United States. It was formed by Sandy DiPasquale and Providence Equity Partners. Its first acquisition was a group of 12 stations from Lamco Communications Inc. in 2004. [1]

In 2007, BlueStone Television was sold to Diamond Castle Holdings LLC and veteran broadcast executive Randy Bongarten for $230 million dollars. [2]

DiPasquale has later partnered with Providence Equity to purchase Clear Channel Communications' television stations in a deal reported to be worth 1.2 billion dollars, creating a new partnership, Newport Television, LLC, based in Kansas City, Missouri.[3]
