Bleckede (IPA: [ˈbleːkədə]) is a town in the district of Lüneburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated on the left bank of the Elbe, approx. 20 km east of Lüneburg.

A subcamp of the Nazi concentration camp Neuengamme existed from August 24, 1944 to February 15, 1945 in the Alt Garge quarter.[1][2]
Bleckede is the site of a post World War II British sector displaced person camp.
