Actually we're both wrong - neither Estate (land) nor Estate (house), is where this should point, but rather to Estate (law). BD2412 T 22:07, 9 December 2005 (UTC)

Judge Macauley Smith donated his property in 1980 and called it Blackacre.

He donated his property to the Kentucky State Nature Preserves Commission and since then through the Jefferson County Public Schools, over 250,000 children have visited the property.
