Billy Powers (born April 10, 1966 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.) is a retired American professional ice hockey forward and current Assistant Coach with the University of Michigan hockey team.

He played college hockey for the Michigan Wolverines. After graduating, he became an assistant coach for the Wolverines in 1993.
