The image Big Paw with Whopper and Puplings.JPG is being used for the aforementioned Wikipedia article, for the following reasons:

It is a low-resolution image of a scene from the film, and copies made from it will be of a much lower quality.
It is used for information purposes in the article which it is found in, and shows some of the characters starring in the film.
No free or PD images are available for this film.
Use of this image on Wikipedia will not detract from the sales of the film in any way.
