Beyond the Permafrost is the second album by the thrash/black metal band Skeletonwitch. Musically, the album blends thrash metal and NWOBHM riffing, and death/black metal vocals.[1] The songs, while aggressive, also have melodic parts.[2] Lyrically, the album is based mostly in occultism, death and violence.[3]
