Although the picture is subject to copyright, I (Bluewave) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of an LP album cover;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
it's low resolution means that copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork;
the image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Bert Jansch;
it's use is commensurate with usage throughout discographies and album listings across the world wide web.
