[edit] doesn't 'paediatric' mean something important?

The present version of the article doesn't mention the relevance of the word paediatric except in the title itself. Is this really something relevant for children or not? If yes, what typical ages? IMHO this is rather critical info missing from the article. Boud (talk) 21:08, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Correction: The section on Prognosis has the word "child" - it assumes that the reader already realises that this is for children. Boud (talk) 21:18, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

the table is confusing. it's titled 'benign' paediatric murmurs, then gives differentials for things that aren't that benign.Toyokuni3 (talk) 22:37, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
