Benita de Witt

Benita de Witt (born 7th September, 1960 in Windhoek, Namibia) is one of the prominent sports physiotherapists based in Stellenbosch, South Africa. De Witt's system is based on manipulation of fascia to achieve body balance and therefore heal or avoid an injury. She also took part in Harvard Medical School Fascia Conference 2007 with her Bunkie Method presentation[1].
