Belinda Conrad is a fictional character in The Hardy Boys Undercover Brothers book series by Franklin W. Dixon.
Belinda is the sister of Brian Conrad and a classmate of Joe Hardy's. She is smart, funny, beautiful, and has long blond hair. According to one book she has had a monster crush on Joe's brother, Frank for several years.
