Sockpuppetry case

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Durin's Bane (2nd) for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. -Nard 19:24, 8 December 2007 (UTC)

Request reason: "I am not a sockpuppet. I am a completely different person from Durin's Bane."

Decline reason: "The evidence against you is very strong; strong enough to make it seem wise to keep the block active. — FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 22:26, 8 December 2007 (UTC)"

Request reason: "This is total crap. I am no sockpuppet of Baney-Waney. I couldn't possibly be a sockpuppet of that guy, for two reasons, 1. He last edited more than a year ago, so it's unlikely he would be back now, and 2. I have not edited any articles relating to his interests."

Decline reason: "First, there's this interest in another sockpuppet's page. Odd for a new user to show such interest in that, and then say "I have not edited any articles relating to that guy's interests". No, no articles, but once you get outside the main namespace things change. Second, your arguments as to why you're not "Baney-Waney" (again, why would you use a nickname when you're not supposed to be knowing who that guy is?) are actually more incriminating than exculpating. Why would he be back now? Maybe because he thought no one would notice. Declined. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:55, 11 January 2008 (UTC)"

Request reason: "Please. I am not a sockpuppet, and neither is that other user mentioned above. All that user did was fix a mistake in the suspected sockpuppeteer's talk page, and all I did was request that user's page for deletion because that user is not a sockpuppet. And neither am I."
