Not on my system, it ain't. What gives?

A new article with the original name of "Banner-making" has been re-created. So now we have two articles, with divergent content. However, they're being worked on, so I won't re-merge them just now. The Anome

(1) Hardly anyone will know for sure what these abbreviations mean. Who can fix them?

(2) From the article: "Banns has the same origin meaning an official proclamation [...]." I'm not quite sure about the syntax here. Anyone able to help? <KF> 15:00, September 12, 2005 (UTC)
