Is the fire fighter death significant? If so, when should deaths be listed with diseases? Wikipedia can't list all people of dubious importance (note: I consider myself of dubious importance as well) who died on each disease page. JPINFV (talk) 02:00, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

While the principle of your argument is sound, in this case, I believe an exception is warranted. Since this disease is so rare and infrequently referred to in medical literature, the firefighter's case may provide the reader with useful information that might otherwise be difficult to find. --Asymptote (talk) 14:33, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
