[edit] Atlantic City, New Jersey
Hi B64, I moved the information you added about Revel Entertainment to the "Planned casino/resorts" section. It seems more appropriate to include it with other proposed properties, such as CityCenter East and Pinnacle. Thank you for your contributions! Regards, Accurizer 13:13, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] AfD nomination of MGM Grand Atlantic City
MGM Grand Atlantic City, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that MGM Grand Atlantic City satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/MGM Grand Atlantic City and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of MGM Grand Atlantic City during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. — Coren (talk) 02:00, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Logo choicehotels.gif
Thanks for uploading Image:Logo choicehotels.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 00:44, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Caesars Entertainment Inc
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Caesars Entertainment Inc, and it appears to be very similar to another wikipedia page: Caesars Entertainment. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 03:20, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
- I have reverted all of your edits to this article. The name change to Caesars has not taken place, and will not for some time as regulatory approval is required in several jurisdictions. Please do not make such wholesale changes to the article until the appropriate time. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 05:42, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
-
- All you did was copy and paste from the Harrah's article, with a hard-to-find mention of the name change. It should stay as it is, or at least with just minor modifications, until the name change is in full effect. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 06:42, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
- I have reverted your change of the Caesars Entertainment Wikilink on the Grand Casino Tunica page, because I am going to change the redirect on the Caesars article to have the main page as the one without the "Inc" in the title. In other words, I'll move the text of the Caesars article mack to Caesars Entertainment, and set up Caesars Entertainment Inc as the redirect page. I'm doing that to make the page comply with Wikipedia policy on naming pages about companies, which speicifies that "Inc" and similar suffixes should not be used. I'll do the swap on Caesars on May 16.
- By the way, I guess it's about time to change move the Grand Casino Tunica article to Harrah's Casino Tunica. I think the name change takes place on May 23, according to the Harrahs.com website. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 22:42, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
-
- Re Caesars Entertainment "Inc": I don't get it. What effect would that have when the change takes place? Maybe I'm just dense, or been doing too much new-page patrol. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 04:09, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Problems with upload of Image:CaesarsEntertainment2004.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:CaesarsEntertainment2004.JPG. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 16:20, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:ParkPlaceEntertainment2002.JPG)
Thanks for uploading Image:ParkPlaceEntertainment2002.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:24, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
