Parliamentary elections were held in Azerbaijan on 12 November 1995. Run-off elections were conducted on 26 November in 20 single mandate constituencies. Partial elections were held in 15 constituencies on 4 February 1996 and completed by run-off election in one constituency on 18 February. Of 124 MPs, 99 of them were elected in single mandate constituencies and other 25 by list of political parties in nation-wide constituency.
