I wonder if the Neve Granot neighborhood in Jerusalem was named after him. Does anyone know?--Gilabrand 17:00, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

  • A DYK fact from the Hebrew Wikipedia claims that is the case. See fact #16 here [1]. There is a street named after him in the neighborhood, see Jerusalem street names here [2] -- Derwig 19:51, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Thanks, Derwig. I saw there was a photo of him on the Hebrew site, but don't know how to copy it to the English. Would you be able to do it?--Gilabrand 17:02, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
The Hebrew Wikipedia uses images from the Knesset website under fair-use. I do not copy those. I did however manage to find a photo on the JNF images archive, which was taken more than 50 years ago, and should be public-domain. Derwig 17:49, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Good work. Thanks.--Gilabrand 17:55, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
