[edit] Song information

The song was written and performed by Jackson, who commented on the collaboration with soft drink producer Pepsi as "side from being associated with many amazing artists over the years, Pepsi is very honest and passionate when it comes to spreading a positive message like 'Ask For More'."[1] The campaign was launched internationally except in North America.[2] The campaign also co-starred Hong Kong singer Aaron Kwok for the Asian market and aired in China[3], and Latino singer Ricky Martin for the Latino market[4] and aired in Mexico.[5] The single was promotional release, and did not chart. Consumers are able to receive a free CD of the song " Ask For More" with the purchase of Pepsi products during the promotional campaign in 1999.[6] The song does not appear on any of Jackson's other releases.

[edit] Music Video

The music video was an advertising campaign for the drink, and Jackson shot two different versions, one with Aaron Kwok, and the other with Ricky Martin. The video has never been commercially released, but can be found on YouTube.
