Completely unsourced "upcoming character" in a British cop show, allegedly to be played by an American film actress. Note that Norika Datta was an actual character in the 1990s. Article creator User:PC Sally is hot has a history of dodgy edits relating to this tv show, and I'm guessing is probably the same user as the blocked User:Sally Armstrong is well fit.
