  • Comment This poorly written article does seem to be at least tangentially speaking about peer reviewed mathematical modeling concept [1]. It would need some major clean up.--Nick Y. 23:22, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
Response: Sure, the phrase 'Hierarchical system theory' does exist outside of wikipedia. But the definition in the article bears no resemblance to the the paper you cite. Nonsuch 23:50, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

  • Delete with no bias towards recreation with different content, as essay/OR/NPOV.
