Jack "Matrix" The owner of the ventrillo. He dropped out of highschool to play videogames. He curently lives of his parents, and is rarley seen not high. He loves joining other channels while high/drunk and telling really bad jokes or playing random shit. Dispite this issue, most people have no proplem with him.

Jeremy "Quatro" Jeremy is currently enrolled at DePaul University, in Chicago IL. He is the typical angry kid that everyone knows. For the most part people like him, but he will randomly switch moods, and starts yelling at kids. His main hobby is trying to convince kids younger that him to commit suicide.

Adam "Drox" Adam is overall a nice person, and therefor holds the title of Mr.Rodgers. He is the only one that truely cares about the other wellbeing of other people. His favorite games are Halo 3 and WarCraft III. However it is not uncommon for him to pick on kids.

Nick "Shock" Nick is known for making random noises at any given moment. He picks up on catch frases very fast, and will repeat them very often. "No U" and "I R WaterWaler" are well known examples.

Connor "Cannonbird" Connor is a very nice, but slightly metally challanged child. He likes playing games with all of the people on the ventrillo, even thouhg he gets to respect what-so-ever. His favorite games are Warcraft III, CounterStrike, and Company of Heros

Nick "Smart" Nick is an expert when it comes to computers, but besides that is worthless. He is known for being very anoying at times. He does not know how to control his built up anger due to going on ventrillo, and takes it out on kids his same age at his local highschool

Mike "Dark" Mike is a foreign kid of the ventrillo. He has gone my the nickname Dirty Little Sand N*gger for sometime. He plays CounterStrike very competively.

Derek "Gramz" Derek is known for joining a channel to tell people storys that no one cares about. A story for example would be "Hey guys I was playing on dust2 and I was running up mid, and all the sudden a guy poped out of nowhere and shot me once in the leg, but then i wipped out my deagel and shot him three times in the face." After telling such a story he leaves the channel. On a side note, he looks like Brian Peppers.

Zach "Akef" Known for making up storys such as being in the army, going to a good college, being a bodybuilder ect. He talks in a very weird accent that will change every other word.

Nick "Fonz" Nick got his nickname from saying "Heyyyy" like The Fonz did in happy days, but nolonger does it. He is for the most part always drunk. He is the most normal looking kid on the ventrillo.

"Eagle Wing" is an Albanian magazine, which aims to promote the literary, social and artistic Albanian life, serving to an important national goal, and to defend and support unfavorable society groups in Balkans. Its spiritual leader was and remains Bilal Xhaferri. Historical background

"Eagle Wing" is a political, cultural, literary magazine, published for the first time in October, 1974, in two languages, Albanian and English, as a periodical of Cam League in Chicago, USA. Its founder, publisher and director was Bilal Xhaferri, poet, novelist and well-known dissident publicist, who was born on 2nd November 1935 in Ninat, Konispol, Cam district, who after an extensive literary- journalistic activity, died in exile (escaped from Albania in 1969 because of his national and anti-communist views and persecuted by the State Security Service) in 14th October 1986 in Chicago, USA.

"Eagle Wing" was a forum of free democratic ideas, with powerful and deep anti-communist, anti- dictatorship trends, aiming to unite all Albanian political forces in exile in order for them to unify ideas, programs and goals for a Free Pro-Western Albania. The magazine represented widely the Albanian national issues, especially cam concern, Kosovo issue, and other territories divided from the territorial borders of homeland Albania, and Albanian community issues (Diaspora) all over the world.

Bilal Xhaferri managed to publish 39 editions.

Since August 1995 till present "Eagle Wing" continue to be published in Tirana as periodical of Cultural Association "Bilal Xhaferri" (Cam Cultural Community) established and directed by the well-known journalist and writer Shefki Hysa, who initiated the return of Bilal Xhaferri carcass in Albania and the graced the extraordinary values of this rare figure, mistreated and forgotten by the former Albanian communist dictatorship.

"Eagle Wing" pages hosted articles and interviews of Albanian and foreign politicians who defend Albanian national issue, in particular cam concern. Articles and selected stories of personalities of Albanian and world literature are published on this magazine, such as: Alfred de Musset, Bilal Xhaferri, Christina Rossetti, Dritëro Agolli, Edgar Allan Poe, Ismail Kadare, Martin Mato, Miranda Vickers, Namik Mane, Pjetër Arbnori, Shefki Hysa, Vath Koreshi, Jack London, Jean-Paul Sartre, etj.

The California-based Catastrofic Legion have been jaming it out in the since 2005. Two friends Marcus and arturo Started up the band together and quickly begain recruitig members at local shows. The inspiration for their first song was a Cute girl that asked marcus to sing her a song. Since he could not sing and he didnt have his guitar he could not meet this request.

After comicaly bringing on their Triangle player Greg, guitarists Marcus Silva and Arturo searched threw several flaky drummers before finding Carlos. The lead singer Tony just so happened to be there. Currently recording privately with their own equiptment in a make-shift studio. They are a death metal band but the thing that separates them from other death metal bands are their catchy riffs and a few neo-classical openings. With their Punch-your-face in rythem and gutbusting leads the band lives to play live shows. Armed with nothing more than an unatural quantity of musical talent and a strong commitment to making music they want to listen to, Chatastrofic legion continues to gather fans and write new music.

The Meliorist is the unofficial student newspaper of the University of Lethbridge (which has an approximate student population of 7000. A 16-24 page weekly newspaper with a circulation of 1500, the newspaper is created by University of Lethbridge students, but is also a small business. Revenue is generated through advertising and an annual student levy of $5 per semester. While The Meliorist actively employs 15 students per semester, it is also a forum for any student, faculty, or community member to contribute articles, photos, comics, letters and any other submissions deemed appropriate by The Meliorist and The Meliorist Publishing Society. The staff at The Meliorist tends to change every year, since the employees are all in the process of attending classes, graduating and so on. Much like many other student newspapers, depending on the staff and editorial team at the Meliorist each year, the content tends to vary from news based, to more entertainment based. For the years of 2006-2008, the Meliorist staff have fondly called themselves a balance: an infotainment paper. As the first mixed choir in Vienna, the Wiener Singakademie was founded in 1858 with the idea to establish a "Singübungsanstalt" (an institution for the training of voices). From the beginning, its repertory has been shaped by two major interests: the fostering of the works of the traditional masters, and the inclusion of contemporary works. The Wiener Singakademie soon established itself as a fixed part of Vienna's concert scene. In 1862, the young Johannes Brahms was invited to come to Vienna as the choir’s director. Vienna was the city that he would come to regard as the center of his life.

With the passing years, the circle of conductors with whom the choir primarily worked grew steadily, and included, most notably, Gustav Mahler, Richard Strauss and Bruno Walter (the latter becoming the choir’s director for a number of years). Furthermore, many noted composers mounted the conductor's podium to give the premiere performances of their works together with the Wiener Singakademie to the Viennese public. In this way, Edvard Grieg, Anton Rubinstein and Pietro Mascagni contributed to Vienna's musical history during the first decades of the Wiener Singakademie’s existence.

After 55 years as an independent choir, the Wiener Singakademie finally found its long-sought-for home in 1913 with the opening of the Wiener Konzerthaus. As part of the Wiener Konzerthausgesellschaft, the choir established itself as an important partner of the Konzerthaus, whose busy schedule had to be curtailed only during the two world wars. Just like the city of Vienna itself, the choir, too, returned to life in 1945. This rose in the '50s and '60s, under the leadership of Hans Gillesberger, to an artistic highpoint that left nothing more to be desired with respect to concert tours, the variety and quality of performances, and to working with great conductors. Wilhelm Furtwängler and Paul Hindemith, as well as Karl Böhm and Hans Svarowsky, along with the young Lorin Maazel were jointly responsible for this development in these early days.

When, in 1983, Agnes Grossmann assumed the post of artistic director, it was the first time that a woman headed the Wiener Singakademie. Through Grossmann the academic orientation of the institution was revived. Her concept, which placed special emphasis on voice and general musical training for the choir members, is still alive today.

During the tenure of Alexander Pereira as Secretary General of the Wiener Konzerthausgesellschaft, from the mid-1980s to the early 1990s, and later under the artistic direction of his successor, Herbert Böck, the choir’s standing within the Wiener Konzerthausgesellschaft was further enhanced. Consequently, the choir can look back with pride on its work together with great artists like Georges Prêtre, Yehudi Menuhin, Claudio Abbado, Sir Roger Norrington, Sir John Eliot Gardiner, Sir Simon Rattle and Kent Nagano.

Since the beginning of the 1998/1999 season, Heinz Ferlesch has had the leadership of the choir, He has initiated a program to support and advance young artists that not only features the routine training of singers, but that also integrates aspiring young soloists and ensembles in concert performances. Through innovation and a greater diversity in the choice of program material, the repertory of the choir has been extended to encompass a broad spectrum of musical history from performances of Bach's "Johannespassion" under Ton Koopman to Britten's "War Requiem" under Simone Young, and from Verdi's "Messa da Requiem" under Franz Welser-Möst to Scelsi's "Konx-Om-Pax" under Ingo Metzmacher. Increasingly often, Heinz Ferlesch himself stands on the conductor’s podium to lead "his" choir through a-cappella literature and baroque works for choir and orchestra. A recent highlight in this context was the fall 2006 performance of Händel's" Judas Maccabaeus”, the recording of which, produced in cooperation with the ORF (the Austrian Broadcasting Company) resulted in an internationally acclaimed CD. Currently, the Wiener Singakademie includes about 100 male and female singers.

Going beyond the repertory for large choir and orchestra, the Wiener Singakademie opened a new chapter with its founding in 2006 of the Wiener Singakademie Kammerchor (chamber choir). The ensemble, made up of members of the Wiener Singakademie, devotes itself primarily to a-cappella music. In addition to this, its scope extends to vocal works that require a smaller ensemble. The Wiener Singakademie Kammerchor scored its first successes in July 2007, when it was awarded a second and a fourth place prize at the international choir competition at Spittal/Drau. For the jubilee season of 2008 Christian Mühlbacher has been commissioned to compose a piece for the Ensemble.

In 2008, the Wiener Singakademie celebrates its 150th anniversary. In honor of this occasion, the Wiener Konzerthaus is issuing a special jubilee subscription that will extend beyond the current season. Johann Sebastian Bach's "Matthäuspassion" will be performed at the jubilee concert to be held on 8 March 2008 in the Großer Saal of the Konzerthaus. On the same day, a multimedia publication recounting the past and the present of the choir is to be presented. Another special project for 2008 is a soccer match against the Wiener Singverein, which is also celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2008.

Kabayanihan is a non-profit, student run organization on the University of California: San Diego (UCSD) campus. The focus of the organization is to help promote Philippine culture through weekly meetings and off-campus activities such as high school outreach, community service, and visiting local Philippine owned establishments all around San Diego.

Kabayanihan traces its roots from humble beginnings within the Filipino language classes at UCSD. Students within the class fought and fundraised to keep the language classes from being cut from the school budget and to help it stay within the curriculum. This was done for two years - 2004 and 2005 - and, after the second year, the classes were finally recognized as fully funded and thus Kabayanihan achieved its goal.

Back then, Kabayanihan went by another moniker: Pilipino Students Saving Tagalog, or P.S.S.T. for short. This then changed to Bayanihan in order to reflect the essence of the group, which was to collectively help one another. Fast forward to 2007, and Kabayanihan is born. Kabayanihan reflects both the origins of the organization and everything that it has yet to achieve.

In other words, Kabayanihan is based around the ideals of collective unity, community and heroism, remixed into an organization that is both fun and engaging at the same time.^[1]

1. The Cabinet shall be members and registered UCSD students (Undergraduate or Graduate) for the academic year. The Cabinet consists of the Co-Chair Executive, Co-Chair External Relations, Co-Chair Internal Relations, Finance Secretary, Recording Secretary, Cultural Chairperson, Ourstorian, Social Activities Chairperson, Public Relations Chairperson, Publicity Chairperson, International House Liaison, Kamalayan Kollective Liaison, and Kaba Interns as necessary.
2. Each member of the Cabinet shall maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0.
3. The term of office shall be from the point of induction to the end of the following academic year. Officers shall also carry out the quota for each quarter depending on the sufficient funds set by the cabinet. Officers are responsible for advising current and newly inducted officers in their respective positions.
4. All spending shall be pre-approved by the Co-Chairs and the Finance Secretary.
5. Shall be responsible for the promotion of organization spirit.

Section 1: Elections Committee Selection Process

1. The Elections Committee shall consist of three non-members or non-voting members of Kabayanihan; current and recently elected Cabinet members are ineligible.
2. Volunteers may submit their names into a pool for selection into the Elections Committee beginning four weeks prior to the respective elections.
3. The Elections Committee shall be selected by lottery from a pool of volunteers in the presence of the general membership two weeks prior to the respective elections.
4. Once selected, each member of the Elections Committee becomes ineligible for the respective elections.
5. Each member of the Elections Committee may accept or decline their selection. If he/she declines, he/she will retain his/her eligibility for the respective elections; another person must be selected to fill the vacancy in accordance with this section.

Section 2: Duties of the Elections Committee

1. Shall attend all days of the stated elections process.
2. Shall count all ballots for each position individually. In order for results to be valid, obtained counts must be identical.
3. Shall assign a pre-approved time limit for speeches, questions, and answers.
4. Shall pre-approve the number of questions that each candidate must answer as suggested by the membership throughout the elections process.
5. Shall pre-approve any audio and/or visual aids that will be used by the candidate on his/her respective day of election.
6. Shall enforce all of the rules that are outlined in the Article VII.

Section 3: Applications

1. Nominations shall be conducted three weeks prior to the respective elections.
2. Members nominated must submit an application whose content is under the discretion of the current Cabinet for the cabinet position that he/she wishes to run for.
3. Applications must be received by the Cabinet two weeks prior to the respective elections. Once received, the applicant becomes an official candidate for the Cabinet position declared in his/her application.
4. Applications are considered active once received by the current Cabinet and remain active until the respective election day unless conceded by the applicant at any time prior to that day.
5. Members may only have active applications for one Executive and/or two non-executive Cabinet positions at any given period.
6. Only official candidates are allowed to run for the Cabinet position for which they have applied.

Elections Guidelines

1. Elections Regulations
   1. Official candidates for any office must be present at the designated elections meeting.
   2. Each candidate is only allowed to present material that has been previously approved by the Elections Committee.
   3. No materials shall be distributed by any candidate to individuals on the day of his/her respective election.
   4. The organization will not tolerate any sort of negative propaganda.
   5. There will be strict enforcement of a time limit for speeches, questions, and answers as directed by the Elections Committee.
   6. Each candidate shall abide by the guidelines set forth by the Elections Committee and shall respect these guidelines and the Constitution.
   7. A violation of any parts of this Constitution and elections guidelines shall call for an immediate disqualification of the candidate.
2. Elections Procedure
   1. All elections shall be held by secret ballots unless otherwise stated.
   2. The candidate with the most votes shall be declared elected. In the case when there is only one candidate for a Cabinet position, a majority of the votes is needed to be declared elected.
   3. In the case of a tie, a runoff election among the tied parties shall be conducted.
   4. Any newly elected Cabinet member may only hold one Cabinet position at one time.
   5. Any newly elected Cabinet member may concede his/her election at any time prior to his/her induction thereby conceding his/her official candidacy for any other cabinet positions thereafter; after which, the vacant position shall be filled in accordance with Article V.
   6. All elections shall be conducted in accordance with Article VII.
   7. All relinquishing and newly elected Cabinet members must be present at the Annual Induction Banquet.

Section 1: Enactment of the By-Laws

1. By-Laws must be enacted by a majority vote of the Cabinet.

Section 2: Recall of an Officer

1. Any officer who purposefully neglects any of his/her major responsibilities or fails to fulfill them shall be temporarily recalled from his/her position until his/her case is reviewed.
2. Process of recalling an officer:
   1. Cabinet should advise the officer that he/she is failing in his/her duties. This constitutes the first warning.
   2. If a second verbal warning is warranted, the officer shall be placed on probation in his/her office for two weeks.
   3. After two weeks probation period, the Cabinet shall notify the officer whether he/she shall continue in his/her office or whether he/she shall resign at the next Cabinet meeting.
3. All resignations must be formally typed, announced in the presence of organization leaders, signed in accordance with final examinations by the Cabinet, and soon after placed on file.

Section 3: Cabinet Meeting

1. The Cabinet shall hold weekly meetings unless otherwise specified.
2. All Cabinet meetings shall be open to the general public unless designated as a closed session.
3. All members of the Cabinet must attend all meetings unless a reasonable excuse is presented to the Co-Chairs 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting concerning absence or tardiness.
4. All the proceedings shall be carried out under respectable procedures.
5. All the proceedings shall be kept under strict confidentiality during closed session.
6. Cabinet meetings shall only be held if the quorum is met.

Section 4: Organization Governmental Authority

1. The governmental authority of the organization shall be vested in the Cabinet.
2. The Cabinet and organization members shall have the authority to contribute input regarding organization concerns.
3. The Cabinet shall have the power to enforce all laws passed by the majority vote. The quorum shall be majority of the Cabinet.
4. The Cabinet officers must vote regarding Kabayanihan concerns.

4. Must obtain money requisitions and reports of all money transactions for organization events and activities.
5. Shall be responsible for the collection of all monetary transactions.
6. Shall be responsible for overseeing and advising all fundraising events within the organization.

Recording Secretary

1. Shall keep a permanent record of the proceedings of all Cabinet communications.
2. Shall review minutes of the previous meeting at the start of the following Cabinet meeting and request approval from all those present.
3. Shall keep a permanent record of all important legislation passed by the Cabinet, documents, and any important papers.
4. Shall handle all necessary incoming and outgoing mail.

Liverpool FC needed to protect its data to ensure that if lost, the data could be quickly restored so that the daily running of the club would not be impacted.

Liverpool FC’s main stadium, Anfield, hosts a single Asigra Televaulting DS-Client, which discovers all servers, desktops and laptops connected to the network before automating the backup of all local data assets from Anfield stadium, Melwood and Academy training grounds and the merchandise warehouse. The merchandise warehouse runs off a UNIX system, which manages all of the point-ofsale software. This data is included in the backup, as is the data generated from the laptops of key members of staff, wherever they are located. Before the backup data set is transmitted to Backup Technology’s secure data centre, the Asigra Televaulting software analyses the data, finds new and changed file blocks, eliminates duplicate files across all locations and further compresses the residue bytes to ensure the backup set is as compact as possible. The software then encrypts the data before sending it over an IP- WAN connection to a centralised Asigra Televaulting DS-System server, located in Backup Technology’s data centre, which consolidates the backup data from all distributed sites. That DS-System server is then protected just like any other server within the data centre as part of the organisation’s ongoing data protection policies. As an additional level of data protection, Backup Technology has configured the DS-System server to replicate the vault to a second secure back up site.

Liverpool FC found the simplicity of the capacity-based licensing model offered by the Asigra software and the Backup Technology service appealing. Because Liverpool FC only pays for the amount of data that is protected and not on a license fee per server, desktop or laptop, they only need to pay for the storage they use.

Over time, his entrepreneurial instinct and drive led him to acquire more motorcoaches to transport tourists around the Lake Lugano area in southern Switzerland, ultimately making his dream of owning a company specializing in motorcoach touring come true. Boasting a fleet of 12 coaches, operating local excursions for European tourists in Switzerland, Antonio called his new venture Globus Viaggi.

By 1950, Globus Viaggi had grown significantly, featuring 33 coaches with overnight excursions to Rome, Venice, the Dolomites and French Riviera. Thanks to their popularity, gradually, the overnight excursions became regularly scheduled tours and grew longer to cover more ground. Later that decade, under the leadership of Werner Albek, Antonio’s business partner, Globus pioneered the concept of Grand European Touring by offering first-class European tours to North Americans.

By 1961, the company launched the Cosmos brand, featuring value-priced European touring for the cost-conscious British traveler. These coach tours were so successful that Cosmos soon introduced another form of travel for the British market – air holiday packages to the sunny destinations of southern Europe. By 1968, just 40 years after the company's launch, Cosmos air holidays became so popular the company formed its own airline, Monarch Airlines.

Beginning In 1974, under the flagship of Sergio Mantegazza, son of Antonio and current president of Globus, the company's brands began expanding their markets beyond Great Britain. The 70s was a big decade for the company, introducing travelers to more countries than any other tour operator with packages to Africa, Australia, North and South America, Southeast Asia, Europe and the South Pacific. Also in the early 70s, Globus launched its North American company – Group Voyagers – overseeing U.S. tour operations and the American market for the Globus and Cosmos brands.

The entrepreneurial spirit that launched Globus is very much alive in Group Voyagers today. In 2003, the Globus family of brands launched a cruise company, Avalon Waterways, setting a new standard in small ship cruising. Also in 2003, the brand family extended its offerings by creating Monograms, which provides consumers independent travel opportunities with behind-the-scenes experts taking care of vacation details. Through Monograms, travelers get insider information and the services of a Local Host to enhance the experience and journey.

1928
Antonio Mantegazza (the eventual founder of the Globus family of brands) buys a rowboat (on credit) and begins transporting travelers across Lake Lugano, sharing stories of local sights.

1930s
Antonio Mantegazza purchases more rowboats, convincing his friends to join him, as he expands his budding travel business. Rowboats grow to motorboats and then move to land with a taxi service. Even with his growth, offering stories of the local sights to travelers remain a large part of his popularity and development plan.

Mid-1930s
Antonio Mantegazza has the good fortune to win a local sweepstakes, granting him the rights to operate a popular local route for the Swiss national postal and transportation service. He buys his first motorcoach to help, launching the modern motorcoach touring business we know today. Mantegazza calls his business Globus Viaggi.

Late-1930s
Mantegazza grows Globus to a fleet of 12 coaches, operating local tours for European travelers in Switzerland. His company takes a brief hiatus during the World Wars.

Mid 1940s
Globus Viaggi acquires two competing coach companies and grows his business to a fleet of 33 coaches (the nearest competitor owns just five coaches). During this time, Mantegazza meets Werner Albek, who becomes a partner, helping Globus Viaggi operate excursions to St. Moritz, Milan, Venice, Rome and other popular European destinations.

Early 1950s

The Slammin' Salmon is an upcoming comedy film by comedy troupe Broken Lizard. It is slated for release in 2008 and will mark the first time Kevin Heffernan has directed for the troupe.

Former heavyweight champ Cleon "Slammin'" Salmon owns a seafood restaurant in Miami, Florida but unfortunately, he owes money to the Japanese mob. In order to pay them back, he pits his five top waiters against each other to see who can raise the most money in one night. The loser is not only fired, but has to go ten rounds in the ring with the Champ himself.
