Née à Edelwood, Hamilton, Écosse le 21 mars 1929, John ‘‘Hep’’ Hepburn vive sûrement une vie complète. Époux d’Elizabeth, père de 3 (Robert, Johnny & Carol), grand père de 6 (Jacqueline, Jordan, Derek, Kyra, Justin & Alysha), et arrière-grand-père de 2 (Tyron & Caleb), John fait sans doute une différence dans la vie de tous le monde qui lui entourent avec ses traits de personnalités remarquable comme son intelligence, son courage, et sa douleur. L’enfance de John n’est pas une vie très différente des autres enfants britanniques. Tout allais bien jusqu'à se qu’il était l’âge de 7, où son père lui avait abandonner avec sa mère et ses deux sœurs pour une autre femme et l’opportunité de jouer au soccer à une nivaux plus haute à Londres, Angleterre. Cette tragédie a causé beaucoup de malheur pour son famille, mais en travaillant ensemble, ils on fini par en sortir avec un peu de courage.

Dès l’âge de 5 ans, Hep a commencer l’école primaire jusqu'à l’âge de 11, ou il finira l’école secondaire à 14ans pour aller travailler son premier emploie comme forgeron d'apprenti. Lorsque John était 18ans, la conscription Écossaise lui avait frapper en lui faire servir dans l’armée Royal Engineers, où il finira par être champion de boxe dans sa classe de pesanteur. De 18 à 20ans, Hep a servi au Grand- Bretagne, en Égypte, et au Lybia. Après ses 2ans de service, il retourna sur le marcher d’emploie pour travailler comme fabriquant de fenêtre métal jusqu'à l’année 1963. Du temps qu’il a sorti de l’armée jusqu'à son départ au Canada, John a accomplit plusieurs choses importantes comme son mariage en 1954, et la naissance de ses enfants en 1955, ’58, et ’62.

Heroes and Villains is an indie rock band based in Montreal, Quebec. The group consists of vocalist/guitarist C-P Megarbane, bassist Jeremy Proville, and drummer Dominique Salameh. The band independently released its debut EP All The Giant Are Buried At Sea in 2005. Their singles topped the Canadian college radio stations[1] and shortly after CBC Radio 3[2] featured Heroes & Villains on their New Music Canada page. In November of 2006, the band released its first LP, entitled Air Sea Rescue.

C, 899th Tank Destroyer Battalion. Place and date: Near Scherpenseel, Germany, 20 November 1944. Entered service at: Fort Des Moines, lowa. Birth: Colfax, lowa. G.O. No.: 77, 10 September 1945. Citation: He was leading a platoon of destroyers across an exposed slope near Scherpenseel, Germany, on 20 November 1944, when they came under heavy enemy artillery fire. A direct hit was scored on 1 of the vehicles, killing 1 man, seriously wounding 2 others, and setting the destroyer afire. With a comrade, S/Sgt. Briles left the cover of his own armor and raced across ground raked by artillery and small-arms fire to the rescue of the men in the shattered destroyer. Without hesitation, he lowered himself into the burning turret, removed the wounded and then extinguished the fire. From a position he assumed the next morning, he observed hostile infantrymen advancing. With his machinegun, he poured such deadly fire into the enemy ranks that an entire pocket of 55 Germans surrendered, clearing the way for a junction between American units which had been held up for 2 days. Later that day, when another of his destroyers was hit by a concealed enemy tank, he again left protection to give assistance. With the help of another soldier, he evacuated two wounded under heavy fire and, returning to the burning vehicle, braved death from exploding ammunition to put out the flames. The Standing Committe on Human Rights and Peace is a subcommittee of MMSA populated by medical students attending the University of Malta. It was set up in 1999 with refugees as its sole priority. This changed in 2006 when SCORP also began to focus on Human Rights in general. It is currently headed by Daniel Azzopardi, who was elected to the post of NORP (National Officer on Human Rights and Peace) in 2007.

Patti Moran McCoy (also known as Pat Moran, PattiMcCoy, and Helen Mudgett) (1934-) is a composer and gospel jazz pianist who recorded numerous albums, including [This is Pat Moran] in 1959 with legendary bassist Scott LaFaro. Her most recent album, [Jesus in Paris], was recorded in 2002 with gospel recording artist and pastor Andrae Crouch, drummer William Kennedy and bassist Jimmy Haslip of The Yellowjackets.

Patti Moran McCoy (born Helen Marie Mudgett) was born in Enid, Oklahoma on December 10, 1934. She was influenced musically by her father, Dewey Mudgett, an accomplished ragtime pianist. At the age of 12, she soloed with the Enid Symphony Orchestra in Oklahoma,and at 17 she moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to study atthe Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. In 1955, McCoy made her first trip to New York City, where she played on a circuit of jazz venues, including Hickory House and Birdland, and performed with a variety of jazz musicians.

It was in New York that McCoy recorded a rendition of George Gershwin's [Porgy and Bess] with Mel Torme and Duke Ellington. She also established the Pat Moran Quartet, which featured vocals, and recorded their self-titled album [The Pat Moran Quartet] in 1956, and later "[While at Birdland]." Both albums were under the Bethlehem Records label,and were re-mastered and released by Toshiba EMI Japanin 2005.

McCoy also played at The Blue Note in Chicago, and travelled to St. Louis where she met bassist LaFaro and trumpetist Chet Baker. LaFaro joined McCoy in Chicago to play at the Cloister Inn, and then went on to New York, where they recorded "This is Pat Moran" in 1959 with the Pat Moran Trio, including LaFaro and drummer Gene Gammage.

After relocating to southern Oregon and leaving the music industry, McCoy reemerged in 1984 to write and record a children's album, "[Shakin Loose with Mother Goose]," narrated by Steve Allen and Jayne Meadows, which won a national children's book award. In 1989 McCoy appeared on Marian McPartland's radio show Piano Jazz. McCoy later recorded a solo album, [The Gospel Truth], in 1994, and another, "[Jesus in Paris]" in 2002. She currently resides with her husband in southern Oregon.

Continental Aviation Services Limited is a new cargo airline and aircraft maintenance company based in the UK.

Continental Aviation Services Limited was set up in January 2008 as the UK arm of Continental Aviation Services Nigeria Limited, the major share owner of Afrijet_Airlines. The company took on the staff and assets of Das_Air_Cargo that went into administration in the end of 2007.

The company will be run in two parts. 1. CAS World Cargo will be the operating name for the airline. They will be based at a head office at London_Gatwick_Airport and will use a fleet of DC10-30 aircraft. Das Air were reported to be the biggest cargo airline in Africa at one point.

2. Continental Aviation Services Limited will be the maintenance facility based at a hangar at Kent_International_Airport in the UK.
