Arron Eugene Sears (born October 25, 1984) is an American football offensive guard who currently plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. He played collegiately at Tennessee.

Sears attended Russellville High School in Russellville, Alabama. Sears was considered a top highschool prospect and was invited to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Sears was also named the 5A lineman of the year in Alabama by High School Sports Magazine. [1]

Sears has been a starter at Tennessee since taking over at the end of his freshman year against Mississippi State. Sears has started at several positions on the offensive line but concentrated mostly at tackle. During his career, Sears has received All-America and All Conference honors. Sears was also named as a team captain on the 2006 Tennessee Volunteers football team. Sears also has an older brother that played linebacker for Auburn University. They faced each other twice in the 2004 season.
