Arjan Beqaj (born 20 August 1975 in Prizren, by then part of Yugoslavia) is a Albanian professional footballer currently playing for Anorthosis Famagusta FC in Cyprus.

Arjan Beqaj was born in Prizren in Kosovo but is an Albanian international and a regular in the first team .He has made 30 appearances for the Albanian national team. During the 2000-2001 campaign he scored a goal for OFI Crete.
