ARGUS Software

ARGUS Software, formerly Realm Business Solutions is a company that produces software for the commercial real estate industry.
Their flagship product, also called ARGUS, is a financial analysis program often used with Microsoft Excel to forecast cash flows and value for real estate properties. ARGUS was originally released in 1987 for DOS, and ARGUS for Windows was released in 1994. The current version is Argus 2007. With the advent of the version "Argus 2006", the naming scheme has changed from a version number method.
The company donated software licenses to the National University of Singapore's Department of Real Estate.[1]
